We have had 3 cars all get tyres at this store, Sane and his staff are fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend them.

What great and quick service , from the 1st contact through phone enquiry to having my tyres done , all in the same day . Shane knows what it is to provide excellent customer service and actually cares, through to the other staff , exceptional customer service . I had the pleasure of visiting this store and received outstanding service while I waited. What really impressed me was how all the workers helped each other, with the manager also pitching in. Great to see a group of people working as a well oiled machine. They are all a credit to themselves and to Bridgestone. What I experienced first hand gave me 100% confidence.

Excellent prompt & friendly service when 4 tyres purchased 3 months ago. I’ve now returned for the 3 months free check which was done with a smile. As I’ve done limited mileage I have been offered another visit at which time the tyres will be rotated. 10/10 Thank you Shane and Jake.

This was my second service here and they found so many things wrong with my car the first time that my previous long time dealer did not. My brakes were almost down to metal! I kept saying is there anything that needs doing and they would say no. Shane at Bridgestone took me through everything, explained what I needed, rang me when the car was on the hoist and told me the shocking news of how much really needed doing, so I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, service and pricing. I can’t recommend them enough and they do a good job. My car runs like new again and I haven’t had to take it back to get anything re done. I’ve recommended my daughter to them and she is very pleased with her results too. I don’t normally recommend places cause I find they let you down, but I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Bridgestone Canning Vale.

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting Bridgestone Tires, specifically Shane, with the task of changing my car's tires. To say that my experience left a sour taste in my mouth would be an understatement.From the moment I encountered Shane's presence, it was abundantly clear that his customer service skills were as deflated as the old tires I brought in. His rudeness and lack of basic courtesy were truly astonishing. It's almost as if he believed his mere existence was an inconvenience to him, let alone serving customers like myself.Throughout the tire-changing process, Shane's arrogance knew no bounds. He seemed to revel in the opportunity to showcase his superior tire knowledge while simultaneously belittling my own understanding of the subject matter. Clearly, he forgot that not everyone spends their free time obsessing over rubber and tread patterns.I must also commend Shane on his exceptional communication skills—by which I mean his ability to communicate with a condescending tone and an attitude dripping with disdain. It was truly a masterclass in making customers feel utterly insignificant. I can only imagine how his stellar communication style translates to interactions with other unsuspecting victims.In the end, my encounter with Shane and Bridgestone Tires served as a sobering reminder that even established brands can employ individuals whose arrogance eclipses any semblance of customer service. I can only hope that Shane finds a way to channel his misplaced sense of superiority into a more productive endeavor, or perhaps a career where minimal human interaction is required.To anyone considering Bridgestone Tires, I advise proceeding with caution, especially if you encounter the enigma known as Shane. Unless you have a deep desire to experience the pinnacle of rudeness and arrogance, I suggest exploring alternative options where your patronage is genuinely appreciated.

Shane and his team provided exceptional service. Shane was very clear on what was being done and even what he was t able to complete due to issues outside of his control. Have found a tyre store I will always go back to when needed
